University House Apartment Community

Very disappointed. You pay for what you get, but then again you pay a little more for what you didn’t even sign up for. A month before lease ended, renovations were done to the floor throughout the apartment. We were told to be gone from our apartment from X-Y on this day (no problem). However I come back to our apartment, walk into my room to find all of my belongings are stacked in the bath tub, dust is caked on the surfaces of EVERYTHING; bed, desk, dresser, bathroom counter, etc. Paying for a 12 month lease, you only get to live there for 11. That last month is dedicated to repairs, renovations, and getting it ready for the next term. I think overall this is exactly what any college student need. The rooms could be larger and the closet space is minimal, however, it is very affordable for how close to campus it is. Also, the staff is rather friendly and helpful.

I hope this place shuts down not gonna lie. Find somewhere better to live. This place isn’t it.
