Union Heights Apartments

I have lived here for over 7 years and I have loved it. It looks like life, love, and work will be taking me north to Denver, otherwise I don’t think I’d be leaving yet. No place is perfect and no place ever will be, but I have enjoyed this place - my home. I care about walk-ability. I’ve lived in suburbia before where “walking distance” is 45 minutes to a gas station and that just isn’t for me. Safeway, Target, Dominoes, Sally’s, 2 pharmacies, a liquor store owned by a wonderful couple, a great med & rec dispensary, an excellent vape shop, an amazing speciality aquarium store (VERY helpful if you keep fish like I do), a book store, a sporting goods store, and a O’Reilly Auto Parts (a true god send if you’re working on your car and are missing something- and you can’t drive your car becau

If I could give 0 stars I would. When we signed our lease we were told they were going to redo the parking lot for potholes. They only had them filled with gravel and within weeks the potholes were back. And never redone. Second maintenance sucks and takes forever to respond. We had huge holes in our bathroom and closet for the longest time before they patched it back up just to knock it back out because the problem of a leak wasn't resolved. Bobby always has a condescending manner and rude. After years of issues we finally moved out and cleaned the apartment spotless and got charged for trash being in the apartment and we left with not a single thing left in there and of course the refused to take the charge back on top of taking our deposit fully. Love the attention to detail. Apartment smelled good and was very clean when we walked in for the first time. Ladies at the leasing office are amazingly sweet and nice. Hailey even waited for us to get in from out of state so we could get our keys. Definitely a great welcome experience. Can’t wait to see what this state has to offer. I’m already loving the Mountain View’s from my balcony.

I have lived here for 3 years and am happy! The ladies in the office are great! Professional, responsive and just really sweet! The maintenance guys are great and get things fixed in a timely manner. The entire staff is genuinely friendly. The apartment itself is really nice! It's a nice size with a good layout. I haven't had any major issues, it's clean, bug free and safe. Overall it's a really nice community to live in.

Apartments look nice upon first look. Lived there for a year, had wood rot on our back porch they did not replace, our front door did not seal, there was constantly dog poop around the entirety of the complex, ice and snow were never cleared form sidewalks or stairs leaving a high risk of injury. The drawers in the entire apartment were broken and would fall out if pulled out. Maintenance seems nice until something went wrong and then Bryon would scream and curse at whatever needed to be fixed. We paid for carpet cleaners, house cleaners, and ensures the apartment was cleaner when we moved in. When we moved out the took all but $95 of our security deposit claiming we left the apartment a mess.
