My experience has been pretty good. Living at Edgerton Manor and our manager is fantastic and a great liaison with Tycon Companies. When we ask for a longer lease, get more information about anything, they always respond in a timely manner with our manager and back to us. Rent tax forms are always done timely, maintenance technicians they've hired is getting better with Neil and Reagan. I've had no problems with the management company so far.

I wouldn't give this review any stars at all if I could. These people are a bunch of frauds. If you want your security deposit back, you have to make sure you keep tabs on them. I vacated the apartment on 3/31/16 and its now 5/27/16. They say they sent it out 21 days after my vacant date. Then they claim that I didn't give them a forwarding address, which I did on my 60 day notice vacant letter. I have been waiting for it and calling them once a week. They said that it must have gotten lost at the post office and it could take 1 month for mail to be forwarded. Then I called again and they're telling me it could take 60 days. So I decided to call the post office, both new and old one. They said that as long as I have been receiving mail with the yellow forwarding stickers on it, I should

I like the property manager at Midland Terrace. It seems like she does a good job and is quick to respond. But they just raised the rent for my apartment by $75 and they are now forcing everyone to pay online only. Paying online isn't a big deal but it comes with a transaction fee of $3 per transaction. I find it unethical to force people to pay a way which also includes an extra fee, especially since it is saving them a lot of money in labor. They also gave me necessary notice that they are going online only just before the one month requirement, which also left me no time to look for other apartments and find one so I wouldn't have to deal with this unethical business unless I pay the fees. It also took them two months to get my renewal lease back to me because the owners ere out of town

I am a current resident here but i can't recommend anybody. The current manager brayant oaks is a total mess always attitudes she doesn't respond to phone calls and nothing is serious to her.It took me two weeks in an apartment with a broked shower drainage. She finally broked my emails. Something needs to be done, the hallways is stinking am now experiencing rcohes wich i can't tell the source. Nasty

My wife and i recently signed a lease with midland terrace, an apartment building owned by Tycon. We are currently undergoing a lawsuit against Tycon because Midland Terrace lied to us about the apartment we are leasing and will not let us leave. We have been nothing but professional with this company and they are simply refusing to communicate with us. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this corporation, they have nothing but profit on their mind and will not think twice about any issue you have with the company.
