I lived here for 29 years. I have see and witness the good, bad and ugly as a kid and teenager. It's just the people and the neighbors you literally have to see and know in order to get a good idea of the neighborhood.

I went to 2260 office to get a apartment application waste of time. They gave me a flyer and they told there is a waiting list. They told to take a picture and scan the code and apply for a apartment that way. Do not go here and try to apply it is a waste of time.

I have lived here with my 3 sons since November 2001. I have seen many changes in those years. Personally, I haven't had any irreconcilable issues with management or custodial staff. The nearby schools are excellent. The security teams are laughable. Do not depend on any of them. Take care of you and yours, pay your rent, mind your business and you will be fine.

It’s ok but twin parks is not like how it use to be, back then everyone will come together and have meetings about events and more now they don’t do these things anymore. Twin parks has changed a lot throughout the years. And I been living here for along time. People here mess up paperwork, it’s different receptionist, no property manager, it’s just a hot mess. It just gets worse, they messing up peoples lease, it’s out of control, and it’s going to get worst…

I lived at 1880 Valentine Ave for 14 years in a one bedroom with a balcony and section 8 and con Ed included and was very happy there and mantance was great after moving 6 years ago I still miss my appointment in the Bronx.
