This review is so delayed, but I can’t praise Jackson enough. I purchased a home two years ago where he actually represented the seller and not me. I had a lot of questions leading up to closing that my agent went MIA for, but Jackson was always available to guide me in the right direction. I genuinely feel I would not have closed on time without him. Most importantly, it also never felt like he was compromising the interests of the seller he was representing to help me. Jackson was so incredibly helpful that I trusted him more than my own agent. He even gave me a gift at closing when my own agent didn’t even show up. Being treated so well as the buyer, I can’t imagine how great the seller’s experience was. Over a year after buying, my partner reached out to Jackson to ask for referrals

I cannot say enough great things about our experience working with Jackson. Jackson has an amazing way of combining urgency, persistence, and follow-through with patience, taking time to explain things, and making sure that you (the buyer) are comfortable with the choices you are making. I can probably be a challenging client to work with. I have a combination of unrealistic expectations, decision fatigue, and very emotional reactions to the twists and turns of the home buying process. It took us a long time to find the right place and then to close on it. Our bank made a bunch of mistakes that frustratingly slowed down the process. So did the lawyer for the seller. Through this months long process, Jackson maintained constant communication, talked us through every step, and kept the ball
