The spikes at the entry point put a hole in my tire as they did not go down as you drove in from off the street. And yes, I went on the correct side.

Clean neighborhood.. some places could use a face lift. Quite area..

Residents allowed to destroy wildlife, killing geese, destroying nests, pollution everywhere. The property management is absolutely useless and rude and the security guard treats people like he's a member of SWAT and is on a power trip - rude, disrespectful, threatening towards residents during completely unnecessary situations. Awful, awful place. Would never recommend anyone even entertain the idea of living there.

Clean place. The only complaint I would have about this place would be the access to it. You need a traffic light to exit on to Lynnhaven Pkwy, especially if you're trying to make a left turn. During the day it's almost impossible to make a left turn on that intersection. Come on, we need a traffic light there!

While it has improved over 20 years it's still not a place I want to live.
