Not the worst place to live, but definitely room for improvement - specifically communication from the office and groundskeeping. As another person mentioned, we get A LOT of 24 hr notices (not always a full 24 hr notice but they have gotten better), and half of the time no one shows up and you don't hear anything about it from the office. The grounds could be kept cleaner, granted you can't control if people litter, but I always see a ton of cigarette butts in the stairwell and trash left from people who linger in the stairwell which will sit there for days on end until it gets cleared. Parking also sucks because it's not enforced. They used to send tow trucks on the weekends to get the non tenants stealing our parking spots, but that hasn't happened for many months so, parking is very

Adrianna in the office has always been very helpful and tries her best to make residents happy! I appreciate her! Everything else about this complex is very frustrating. Trash is always overflowing into the roads. Barely any visitor spots for 10+ building's. The majority of noise complaints are not taken seriously. Pool was closed for months and community spaces are not maintained. I do not feel valued as a resident of this complex. I was told we needed an entirely new bathtub/shower and to be expecting a call asap. This was months ago and nothing ever came of that - we still have shower tiles half hanging off the walls with tape we put up ourselves, and a bathtub we were told we aren't allowed to fill because it floods the unit below us. I've lived at Tuscany Pointe for several years. There have been some reviews about trash loud music and insects. It is not easy to control the actions and cleanliness of tenants in a complex with 300 units. For the last several months the management team and maintnance has stepped up efforts to address issues and complaints in a timely manner and conditions are continually improving. The worst place to live they don’t fix anything. They never pick up the grounds. There’s trash everywhere. Parking sucks especially if you live here. There’s only like 10 visitor parking, which is always taken by people who live here so you can’t have company or they’ll tow you, management sucks. They don’t do anything about it. Just the worst place to live for as much as they make you pay they make you pay for water, but the sprinklers constantly run for three days straight and they have the audacity to charge you for that there’s termites in the walls roaches in the walls. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. I cannot wait until my lease is up even though I’m thinking about breaking it because of how bad the conditions are. I wanted to give kudos to Carlos one of the best maintenance men in Tuscany. He is reliable. Quick and knows exactly what he is doing. He ordered parts and came back quickly. He works hard and very professional. I'm very pleased with his work. Thank you Carlos 😊
