Tuscania Apartments

I've been living here for going on 4 years. The last two on-site "managers" have been completely useless. The one prior to them, was top notch. She actually did everything for the tenants AND worked the grounds. The current, and last on-site "manager(s)", are oblivious to doing any type of work and were/are totally unprofessional. The current on-site "manager" doesn't mind telling you to "FO" when she enters your apartment without knocking first. "Have Key, Will Enter", is her policy without any common courtesy of a knock. I've informed her supervisors but nothing becomes of anything. I reside on the first floor and the lady above me uses a portable washer & dryer. I've been flooded twice in my bathroom and twice had water leaks/bubbles in my wall due to her washer & dryer usage. The washe

I have enjoyed living here. Each morning I look out my front door and see the ocean, when the fair was on I watched the fireworks from my front door, just a great place to live. Can walk to the beach or downtown. Love it here.
