We used Turk Holdings for two projects in the last 7 years. The first was a major complete renovation of our personal home (total renovation cost of ~$300K) and the second was my father’s condo (for ~$150K). Both jobs were the highest quality. His subs are top notch and I’ve continued to use them past renovation for repairs. I would use Turk again and again.

Unprofessional, lacking communication, and will waste your time. My husband and I requested a quote for a sizable renovation. Kurt the owner came out to look at the project and he was supposed to speak to some of his people and get back to us. After a month of not hearing anything, I had to reach out to Kurt twice, to finally get a response that “they are too busy and need to bow out”. We will be happy to spend our $100k or more elsewhere.

Turk Builders just finished a garage apartment for my forever home in Seminole Heights. We could not be happier with the results. Kurt is splendid to work with and he rolled with my change requests all along with no issues!

For those seeking perfection. Congratulations, you found them. A builder who cares about details and quality materials more than you do.
