1 star is too many for this location. We pulled into the parking lot at 9:15 we’re greeted at the truck were told that due to safety reasons and a ladder being in the lobby we could not enter. We watched another couple. Enter then we were told we could enter. We were told that there was only one banker because someone called in sick that one banker was helping the couple that walked in while we were told we could not enter, then 30 minutes later that person who I believe his name was Dan took the lady who walked in after us We left!

I was just went through with check. Fraud from trust banks Kentucky, Tennessee one more was stopped by an alert teller who didn't cash my checks. Very upset these checks should of not been cashed not first problem with trust even though I got money back shouldn't have happened

I wish i could complain about the service, but there were 5 people in this bank supposedly employed there. No one looked, no one spoke, no one acknowledged we were alive! Never have i been treated so badly at place of business i HAD been inclined to put all our finances into this bank but such rude treatment isn't conducive to trust! DO NOT reward such a lack of professionalism by allowing this establishment to handle your finances! I can only imagine their lackadaisical attitudes with your most precious commodity.........+0*****

Went into the Branch today as I have done for the last 10+ years to have money exchanged. I was asked if I had an account for the first time, I said no I do not have an account and I was summarily rejected. I then was annoyed as I stated that I had always been treated as a potential client and that this type of service was probably due to the inability of the teller that she was too busy looking at her cell phone to help a potential client.! Needless to say I then went to the nearby PNC Branch and was welcomed and had my minor transaction completed. If you want to keep or grow you banking business maybe you should keep in mind that there are a lot of foreigners that have a lot of money, relay on having the availability of US Banks to help us through the transition. SUN TRUST WILL NO LON

The bank as a whole: makes Bank of America look like Mother Theresa with the amount of fees they can charge. Fees can also stack. This location: minimal competence. Took 3 people to try to close my account. They were unable to. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm as I went to a branch in Bradenton 6 months ago for a wire transfer and had to wait 30 minutes as there was only 1 person who could do it and that took an additional 20 minutes. It's a slightly better experience than the tax collectors office.
