Michael did a fantastic job with a home inspection. He spent a long time going through everything, walked us through the entire home inside and out, answered all of our questions, and made sure we had all the information to not make an uninformed purchase. I highly recommend him and we’ll be using him for any home inspections in the future!

I needed an inspection right away so I could get an insurance issue handled. Found him on google because the guy I used the 1st time wasn't working out schedule wise & didnt seem to care about me or my situation & that was a huge turn off & red flag & I'm so glad I did ! They say everything happens for a reason !Michael went out of his way & came right away (when he could've been home eating dinner with his family ) so that I didn't have to drive back the next day as I live in another county. He was very friendly but also thorough , knowledgeable & also compassionate about my situation & went above & beyond in my eyes!
