True North Title is a great company to use for closing or refinancing a home. They make the whole closing process from start to finish simple and stress free. Samantha Snyder is one of the best real estate settlement agents around. Very knowledgable of the industry, but most importantly is very conscientious of the people to whom she serves. Samantha takes extra care ensure that her clients are clear about the process and makes it as seamless as possible for them.

The website says the best title company in Virginia and North Carolina. Not living up to that currently. The office is closed at 2pm on a Friday, when Google has them listed as being open until 5pm. My realtor called and told me I needed to drop a check off with them for a security deposit and the place was locked up and all the lights were off. So I guess I’ll swing all the way back out from the other side of Virginia Beach on Monday and see if they’re still closed.
