TRITEC is amazing Patchogue Ronkonkoma owe all there success to you you rebuild villages and make local economy great.

While this monstrosity looks nice, it's taking over the area with no regard for local residents! The latest slap in the face, forcing Tutor Time to vacate in 30 days!! Why not offer them space in the new and existing buildings? Child daycare is extremely important to local residents and commuters! Tritec is all about the money!!!

Tritec is the developer for the community in which I live. Tritec staff are also on the Master Land Owners Association. They recently implemented a parking plan that ignored all resident and sub association feedback. While further limiting permanent resident parking, they graciously provided themselves dedicated permit only spaces that sit unused the majority of the time. This company has no communication with residents, can't fix the simplest things like tree Christmas lights, and does not have the best interests of residents at heart. Avoid this company like the plague.

You deserve 10 stars you have done so much for Patchogue and other towns around my county much respect the new village of Patchogue is so beautiful thank you for all you do.

Food is fantastic but they need to work on wait times but so worth it!!!
