My apartment was filled with mold but was gaslit and told it wasn’t mold and continued to live there for another year and a half with my children, turns out my unit still hasn’t been filled since leaving two months ago because of the mold damage they allowed me to live in! There was hair painted into my bathroom walls that I discovered while cleaning them(pic included)! management was horrible, racked fees that didn’t make sense and offered no explanation, play nice to your face but are slimy, children’s bikes get stolen, so many little hoodlum cursing kids running around the neighborhood, forget any updates but your rent will sure increase! Only good thing I can say was the maintenance my last year there was helpful & friendly ;).

Horrible management company, will not give me my holding fee back in the form it was received in. Attached is the document I was provided that indicates refundable holding fees to be returned in the form received. Was told I was approved but that was not the case, since I made too much. Prior to applying I was never told about income restrictions, not on the website nor over the phone. Had to complete the second market application per leasing request. I was told the wrong unit number, only found out after calling and asking repeatedly. My move in date got pushed back and no one called to tell me. On 04/17/2020 we submitted our background application, we were then told to pay a holding fee of $500. Since 04/17/2020 we were running around back and forth making “corrections” to our application even after being disrespected by one of their employees named Paulina in San Giovanni apartments on 83rd Avenue and McDowell. Finally 05/08/2020 our application was approved. Paulina called us stating she needed a cashiers check and the light account number within an hour. My husband was still working all the way in Gilbert, I told her I would try to get it all for her but he was still in Gilbert working. She didn’t care, she hung up. Does this company ever answer their phone or email? ? I've left 3 voicemails and an email this week alone about getting my rent fixed before the 1st (manager Victor confirmed that I'm paying too much and was due a credit for what I overpaid this month and was assured it would be fixed in the payment portal weeks ago), and NO ONE contacts me back! Guess my next call will be to the Housing Authority! Also, I've brought up to them multiple times the discarded furniture and mattresses left in the dumpster for months, and it's still there. Gross!
