When we interviewed Lorraine to sell our house, she presented herself in a very professional and caring manor. We were impressed to say the least. She assured us that even though we were facing a very depressed market, she felt that with her marketing skills she could sell our home in a reasonable amount of time. Our experience working with Lorraine, who represented the seller of the home we purchased, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Several key features listed in the property description were simply inaccurate. The listing stated the home had paid-for solar panels, which turned out to be old, non-functional panels used to heat the pool water. The listing also advertised a balcony off the primary bedroom, which did not exist. When these issues were raised, the mistakes were attributed to her assistant. The transaction nearly fell apart over a roof that needed repair, which Lorraine said her client was “too emotional” to address.
