We recently purchased a property in Ypsilanti and there was no question which realtor we were going to choose, Linda! She is communicative, thorough, and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate. Both Linda and Sandi made sure that our transaction went smoothly, our questions were answered and our needs met. Buying a raw piece of land is very different than buying a house! There were far more things to navigate than we expected but the process was made easy by trillium. My wife bought her first house years ago with trillium and we will be using them for everything real estate related in the future

We sold our house with Trillium primarily working with Linda, Sandy, and Gordon. They all have worked in Ann Arbor for years and seemed to know the market inside and out. They went the extra mile to setup an open house for us which resulted in an offer at list price within a couple weeks of the house being on the market. When things came up during the closing process they quickly resolved the issue with the buying agent (even making calls at the airport while they were traveling). Communication was great - we always felt like we were in the loop via text and email. Incredibly nice people too. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

One star is generous. Our experience with Linda — who, oddly enough, is a co-owner of the agency — was beyond disappointing. We hired her to sell our late mother’s home, during an already difficult and emotional time. Initially, she seemed compassionate and competent. But the moment we signed the contract, she vanished. We went weeks without communication. When we finally brought it up, she responded with an offensive and insensitive excuse that I won’t repeat here out of basic respect — something she clearly lacks. Even our late mother was disrespected in the process, both in her words and in her complete lack of empathy. At one point, Linda even confused our property with another client’s — her own buyer’s specialist had to step in and correct her. That showed us how little attention

We just finished selling a house as personal representative for an elderly friend in Dexter. From the initial consultation to closing (a total of six months), Linda, Gordon and Sandi were wonderful. From recommendations of local businesses to where to put money into the property, they were spot on. We had so much interest in the property that we had multiple offers far over asking and were under contract in two days without even needing to hold the open house. The house selling process was new to us. Linda knew we had a lot of work to do to empty the and prepare the house. She was a helpful cheerleader without us feeling pushed to get the house on the market right away. We had some last minute home repair issues that set back our initial timeline, and Gordon was extremely helpful in stopp
