Tres Vidas Apartments in Westminster

A great nook in the middle of OC <3 me and my husband moved into tres vidas in 2020. This was our first place to call home together (newlyweds). We lived here for close to 4 years and have nothing but positive things to say. Management has always been super great with us and always helped us when we had issues with our unit. Phi was always super sweet and respectful. The complex is maintained clean, safe, and has gotten upgrades over the years. Highly recommend to anyone wanting an apartment in the middle of OC, super close to the beach, malls, Disneyland and in the heart of little Saigon surrounded by delicious food!

New manager Joe is no help at all. When I moved in, Mary was the one managing and she was the best at what she did. Joes favorite phrase seems to be “there’s nothing I can do about it “. Then why are you working there Joe?? You seem to want an easy job where you don’t have to deal with the tenants. It’s your job! What do you mean there’s nothing you can do?? Aren’t you the one managing the complex? Seems to me like you are just a jerk! You were asked for a permit so that our car wouldn’t get towed since it wasn’t working and a mechanic was going to be there the next morning and guess what you said??! “There’s nothing I can do about it” you said to figure it out with the towing company but once we called they said that only you had control over who got towed!!! We called you again before 1

Good place to live. Management keeps the facilities somewhat clean. Wish they would remove the volleyball court and make the rec room much usable instead of pool tables and a ping pong table. They repaint everything in the apartments so there's a thick layer of paint. I don't like that charge you water, sewer and trash now. It's an additional $50 on top of rent costs.

Very clean, beautiful plants, very helpful staff. New laundry sites are high tech and connect to phone app. Donuts monthly for the kids. Quiet neighbors, lots of families. Felt safe.

This use to be a very nice apartment but now so many noisy people have moved in here who don't have any respect for people living around them. They party all night. The Security gaurd doesn't do anything. It is his job to patrol around and ask people to quiet down after 10pm but he doesn't bother to. If you are a person who desires sound sleep and wants to come home to quiet place then this complex is definitely not right for you. However the office people are very nice and maintenance people are also friendly and good with their job.
