Trask Apartments

The amenities at Trask Apartments are a big plus. The gym and pool are always open, clean, and easy to access, and having an on site laundry room makes things very convenient. The property itself is consistently clean and well maintained. Raquel is very responsive and easy to reach whenever something comes up. Overall, as a current resident, I would definitely recommend Trask Apartments to others.

I am a past tenant, the apartments are located in a bad area, there is a lot of homeless coming into the apartments digging through trash, sleeping in the car ports. The apartment itself had mold and cockroaches that have been there for years. the manager did not do anything to resolve these matters. There is alot of noise from other neighbors. also the manager owns a black cat and has it roaming the apartments but if you own a dog or cat yours can not be out walking inside the apartment complex you need to walk your dog or cat outside. This place is not a pet friendly place also do not recommend if you have kids. The laundry was always very dirty and the machines always breaking down. I am now a past tenant tenant who has been living here for only 1 year. In this time span, they had had 4 different leasing managers. They all quit at some point, and things never get taken care of around here. Cars get broken into way too much, and the security cameras seem to always be out of order. Homeless people walk in and out of this place like they live here, and my car was illigally towed from a spot that was assigned to me. Did i mention that the leasing office will find any reason not to come and fix items in your home.. They came in to fix this cheaply made closet for my roommate, and within a day, we saw mold form on the wall, and it broke again. The leasing office response was to whipe it with a napkin. I've been a tenant for about 3 years now, and I have nothing bad to say about this place. The complex is very quiet and Ross keeps the area neat. Jennifer has been very helpful, and easy to reach. I can tell that she really cares about the apartments and the tenants.

Reasonably quiet community, lots of families so some kid noise, but totally within reason. Everyone is pretty friendly considering covid, so many keep to themselves more than I think they would under normal circumstances. No pest issues, work orders resolved quickly, friendly managment. Star lost because there's no guest parking. Can use Walmart parking during the day, but not overnight and the street/neighborhood is crowded. Overall happy to live here. Would recommend.
