Great floor plan good on-site property manager, Shawn Would like to see parking lot redone with proper concrete curbs

I absolutely love everything about living at Trentwood apts and Kleinman realty being management. Kleinman takes pride in their properties. And they listen to tenants. Grant Jacobs is my ultimate favorite person to talk about issues and he solves them in a timely manner. Shawn is also awesome, always goes above and beyond for the people. Omar the maintenance guy is one of a kind, I can't say enough about him

A few of my friends live here currently and has lived in different buildings that are controlled by this company. It's cheaper than most but the nicest in this price range for sure!
