This has to be the worst property management company in history. They do not protect the residence. They do not value their residence. If they own your property find another one and I’ve lived here three years. Have a horrible story from each year.

My husband and my self have called and emailed this apartment complex in CG multiple times, leaving VMs. Unfortunately, no one has gotten back to us. This is very unprofessional, and I guess I’m dodging a bullet. I would not recommend this complex or any complex owned by this company.

They allow people to smoke in the building the trash area should be condemned wild animals dine there often it takes forever for them to remove the snow they don’t keep the grounds up . shrubs are over grown trash in the bushes. Shooting all the time last summer shoots in residential apts. management doesn’t responds to calls they don’t want want to hear it . If there is a positive review about the property the staff wrote it. This review is about 852 Selby

The staff doesn't want to take care of any necessary repairs in the apartments there are mice that are running into my apartment from the hallway there are gnats and bugs absolutely everywhere. Management makes excuses and tries to convince residents that they are seeing things. Stay far away from trellis management

Have lived here for 8+ years and I love it here! My one bedroom apartment is spacious. The view out my window is lovely with a gorgeous tree that reflects the seasons and a close up view of the Guthrie Theater. The building is clean, quiet, and secure with adequate management and excellent maintenance.
