Trails at Hunter's Lake

Upon first touring this property, I had the pleasure of meeting Tessa. She was so welcoming and helpful in answering all of our questions. You can tell she truly cares about her work and making sure the apartment is a good fit for you. The property is in a good location and close by to many shops and restaurants. It’s well maintained with nice amenities and monthly community events. Maintenance responds quickly to any work orders put in. Overall, it has been a good place to live so far.

I have lived in this apartment from 2021-2026 and have been renting since 2017 this has been my most favorite apartment that I have lived in. The first thing that I really liked about this apartment is the interior. Wooden floors white counter tops new appliances the inside of it is just beautiful. There's also a gym, pool, gastro pub a gaming area with a pool table a few office spaces for if you want to study or get work done and a bike storage area (Im sure they will show you all of that stuff as well if you take tour) I also loved how fast maintenance would come (especially in emergencies) I had my ac go out one time at 5:00am before I had to go to work I put in an emergency request and thought it would most likely get done by the time I got home from work and they came and fixed it in

The move in process with Tessa was very well organised and easy. The apartment is in great condition and has phenomenal amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much so far. The location is also great which is within walking distance to grocery store and multiple restaurants.

Tessa was the absolute best! I could not have asked for a better consultant to help me through this process. I had to move in within 2 days of applying for a new job and she made it happen for me. The process was quick, smooth and easy. Such a great person with the best energy! Definitely ask for her, if possible, if you want a great move in process. The place is so beautiful and clean Im so thankful and happy that I chose to lease here. I’m looking forward to my time here and this new chapter!
