Traditions of America at Brandywine Farms Active Adult Community

We had a wonderful experience building our home with Traditions of America. From start to finish, the team was extremely professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and we always felt informed and supported every step of the way. We worked closely with them to fully design our kitchen and several other rooms, and the final result is exactly what we envisioned — truly a dream come true. The craftsmanship is outstanding, especially the tile work, which turned out absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and attention to detail. We highly recommend Traditions of America to anyone looking to build a home they’ll love.

Pinch me. We moved in a month ago and were met with a warm and welcoming community. The home is built so well and it was awesome to design every detail. The amenities are out of this world too.

The "personal builder" Ted G. was a pleasure to work with-transparent, upfront and explained everything well. More importantly he responded quickly to text messages and emails. Our designer was not thorough. She did not inform us that we needed to add a tie in to add a water softener and an irrigation system. The water in the community is very hard and will void the warranty on the on-demand hot water heater. Additionally, the gas fireplaces are low end-on/off control only by wall switches. There is no blower / remote / backlighting etc. Pretty cheap. In my opinion these options should have been presented during design and they were not. We tried to add a tie in to add a water softener hookup as the house was being built but TOA refused to make any changes.

I have lived at TOA Brandywine Farms now for three weeks and am very pleased with my home and neighborhood. With the help of my salesperson Lori and my personal builder Ted, I have been able to put together my dream home. I lived two hours away from my house as it was being built but both Lori, in the beginning stages and Ted, supervising the construction, always kept me in the loop with information and pictures. They were both highly communicative and found answers to all of my questions. If they didn't know the answer, they made sure to research and get back to me. That quality is priceless in today's world. I am very glad to have moved here and hope for many blessed years to come!

We just moved into our new home and we love it! Working with Ted was fabulous. He was a pleasure to work with and he worked with our timeline. The layout is beautiful....community is super friendly. Thank you as we move on to our "next chapter".
