We are happy with the house, just frustrated with the builder not standing behind their work. The builder lies and will say whatever they can to get you into the house, and continues to change their mind on what they will fix regardless of what they promise. If you buy a property from them, make sure everything is fixed before settlement. There are a lot of people in the community that have been here for over 2 years and are still waiting to get items on their move in list and their 30-day list completed. For the money they are rude and treat you poorly.
