Traditions at Colorado Springs

We moved in the first week of October and have been so satisfied here. Both Robin and Aaron have been welcoming and responsive to every question or concern. The vast majority of the residents are friendly. We would highly recommend this complex. Our last complex was poorly maintained and there was always issues involving law enforcement. Traditions allows us to be us and to feel safe. It is well maintained and clean both inside and out. Some will always find something to complain about regardless of where they are and how nice it is. But this is one of the nicest 55+ communities there is!

Traditions at Colorado Springs was amazing amenities the square footage the fact that you can live on the 4th or 5th floor all the rooms available for recreation just a complete independent living facility!

Beyond disappointed with this complex. My family and I are trying to move my grandparents into this complex, and we have tried MULTIPLE times to get in contact with anyone via email or phone number to schedule a move in time. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, definitely not feeling very confident with the team here to provide safe and timely services to my elderly grandparents.

Robin is so helpful and does a great job managing. Everyone I’ve met is very nice and welcoming. The maintenance staff is very helpful and friendly.

I’m very happy with the way my door is working.
