Too Overpriced for what they offer. It's not the cleanest either . A one bedroom ground floor apartment is around 1600 a month. There is no closet space for bathroom linens. No closet space for your clothes because the hot water heater takes up almost the whole other side of your closet. You can't use all the kitchen drawers because the stove blocks it. There is no counter space at all. There is hardly any guest parking. The laundry room is definitely way overpriced $2.00 a reg wash and $2.00 dollars a regular dry that most of the time doesn't dry. Only certain dryers. The only upside to these apartments are that they are walking distance to places to eat, and shop. If you want overpriced living for a shatty apartment. This is your place.

Moved from this place recently and would not recommend at all too move here.i was not here very long either for this reason, the floors are paper thin, the walls as well. The new property manager sucks. Loved the old property management team that what there. The units are super small for the price of them the amenities suck as well after the hurricane they didn't care to relocate us on the first floor with the water damage that occurred within the apartment they just decided to put fan & other equipment in the apartment they hire security for no reason at all because they are never in the community they are always sitting at racetrac up the road the laundry room it too high priced for machines that don't even work properly and people will steal your clothes out of the washer or even add th

I’ve been living here since August 2023. I started off in a 1/1 for $1,350. It was okay but with no washer/dryer and 660sq ft it was expensive for what I was paying for. Around November I was able to get paperwork to allow me to move to a 2/1 880sq ft. This feels much larger than my previous apartment. Still no washer/dryer. We pay around $1,595. The management and maintenance crew have always been amazing to work with. Very quick with responses and always friendly to us. My only complaint is the price for the size and no washer/dryer. Other than that it’s nice living here. Very convent to get places. No complaints over all. Update-after the hurricane we had bad water damage and they did nothing to relocate us until the damage was fixed. I have health issues and so did someone living with

I had high hopes for this place. It's a great location & it has a lot of potential. Unfortunately the property is in poor shape. The grounds are pretty, however they are littered & their is dog poop all over. Previous management ( I say this bc new management toom over shortly after I moved out) was horrible! They ghosted residents calls, treated residents poorly & used any excuse to close early. Edgar with maintenance is the true gem at this property. Trash, pests (a wide range) & speeding on site was always an issue (2 years plus). The only maintenance person who truly cared about the residents. He goes above and beyond.
