Pointe Grand Plant City Apartment Homes

My husband and I went to Orlando touring apartments because we plan on moving to Orlando soon. This was that first location that we toured we were greeted by Sarah and she gave us a tour and let’s just say this was the first place we toured and we signed the same day!!! Sarah is amazing if you guys plan on touring this location ask for Sarah she’s super sweet and she answered every question that we had for her

I’ve been at pointe grand for little less than a year and so far it’s been good ! Maintenance has been pretty good about issues we’ve had . I’ve only had a few problems… 1 - my door wouldn’t unlock on a very cold night and I had my 1 year old baby , we waited outside for 30mins (they should have maintenance men living on site). 2- parking where I’m at is ridiculous, no matter the time there is always no parking . 3- they need to maintain the outside , like pressure washing the staircase and the hallways . 4- I wish they did the gym differently, I would love to go work out at night but you can’t see out the windows and people can see in and I’m not a fan of that .

Really nice apartments — super clean and well taken care of! Maintenance is fast and always friendly, which I really appreciate. The only downside is parking. If you get home late( or pretty much after 6pm), you might have to park pretty far, which isn’t fun when you’ve got a lot to carry. I just wish there was at least one assigned spot per apartment. Or at least label the ones closer to the buildings as resident parking. Other than that, it’s been a great place to live!

When we first moved to Pointe Grand, our experience was amazing. Staff were great. Since we moved there in December of 2024, there have been at least 3 turnovers with staff and management. With turnover came concerns. While the apartments are nice with new appliances and a nice looking community, the communal amenities were not cared for well. The gym equipment was often not working, children under 14 would utilize the gym unsupervised which caused great concern. Young children would use the gym equipment like toys with no parental supervision. This was greatly concerning as I want no child to get injured. Lastly, we had very noisy neighbors. Living at plant city has given me not only a sense of peaceful living but also peace of mind that my family has some place to call home for our future . Great amenities , great community environment and great staff . This community has been built on exactly what families need to feel comfortable in there space and always feel like home . Thank you to this great community for making our place feel like home . Such a beautiful and warm feeling . It’s amazing
