I had an extremely disappointing experience working with Dale as my realtor for my Florida property. After being away for three months, I returned to find the home in a neglected and unsatisfactory condition. The floors were covered in shoe marks, my personal tools and paint cans were left out, and the front entry and patio areas were dirty and unkempt. Even more concerning was that Dale was unaware the water service had been disconnected, and I found dead ants, bugs, and various marks throughout the main living areas and along all base trims. This level of carelessness demonstrated a lack of proper oversight and attention to detail that is simply unacceptable for anyone managing a property.
