Townhomes at Little Creek

Moved in here about 2 months ago, it has been an amazing experience. Was moving from out of state very quickly and had to sign the lease sight unseen. Jeanne was amazing getting me pictures of the unit and walking me through the process step by step. When we got here she even walked us through the apartment and showed us all the features. We had a couple maintenance issues but they were fixed very quickly and the maintenance staff was very kind. They keep the community clean and well maintained, would definitely recommend this complex to anyone I know!

This is a great place to live, I have had positive experiences with everyone here. When I have required maintenance, they were on top of it and fixed it in a timely manner. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a good place in Winston Salem NC.

Kamilah is fantastic! So warm and nice. Every time we have had an issue, she is efficient every time. I have lived here since 2018 and there have been many changes. But, Kamilah has been THEE best. It’s not always easy to adapt to change but, she has made our living here so easy, even amidst change in management and ownership. This neighborhood is close knit and my family has been so happy in this neighborhood.

Kamilah the property manager is awesome, she greets you with respect and has a wonderful personality not only in person, but also over the phone. We need more property managers like her out here. I have been here for over 5 years now and I very much appreciate the continuous effort at making these apartments an even better place to live. The new management, especially, has made our community of residents feel more valued and considered. With various events, prompt announcements and responses to concerns, a well maintained pool, spacious townhomes, and friendly residents, it is easy to recommend living here. Alicia and Tabatha as well as maintenance have all been doing a great job!
