Town Creek Village Apartments

From the moment I toured these apartments I was in loge and felt like I was at home. Ms. Nancy in the office and Austin are both truly amazing, very helpful, always understanding, communicate efficiently and overall just heaven sent. If I could give them 20 stars I would. Jacob the maintenance guy is also very sweet, he’s very fast at his job and communicates very well and explains things. I love the fact of how fast maintenance responds when something needs to be fixed. And to Ms. Channing, me and my kids absolutely adore you. This is by far one of the best communities I’ve ever lived in. I just want to say thank you for always going above and beyond, I’ve been here for almost 6 months and you all have truly made me feel welcomed here. I appreciate your hard work and your kindness.

I have lived here for almost two years,and never had a major complaint and just a couple of small ones that were taken care of quickly and efficiently. The office people, Nancy and Austin are very professional and kind.. Maintenance is great especially Jason, he is quick and very friendly, I appreciate his professionalism and the fact that I feel very comfortable and safe with him. He is like family as is all. The apt. Is very nice and one bedroom. Just hope my rent doesn’t go up as my husband passed and money is tight. Thank you Town Creek for a safe and homey feeling!!

I moved into this apartment complex in July. The office staff is very friendly and inviting. The rental process was easy. Since living here for a few months now the property grounds are well maintained and everyone is friendly. I’ve used the pool many times and it’s very nice and relaxing. Any maintenance issues I’ve had (which have only been a couple) were handled quickly - less than an hour if not quicker. The maintenance man is very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!

I am loving my new apartment home. My two bedroom is very spacious cute and quiet. I love the wood floors in kitchen and bathrooms. The shag carpet is very nice. The ceilings are high with pretty ceiling fans. The walls are thick which is super great! Not like the fast built ones that are newly built. The property is very pretty with a pond in the back with great nature sounds especially in the warm months. There are no roaches in this property that I have ever seen. The pool is beautiful and clean. The gym is nice and kept clean. The bathrooms in the office area are kept clean with cute tile and wood. The coffee lounge area is very nice. Everything smells good in the office , lounge and coffee areas. The people who work here , Austin and Nancy are wonderful with great personalities. The

This entire community is beyond amazing. The entire office staff, Nancy and Austin are so caring and supportive. Life is hard but if you wanna rough it out somewhere and build a home in a good family community ,this is where you need to be. The maintenance man Mr. Jacob is amazing! He completes work orders quick and easy !! All of them communicate so much with residents !
