The most amazing experience I have ever had! This was our first time building and moving into an actual community. Amanda is super informative, welcoming, and friendly. She truly cares about the people in the community and the community itself! She was with us during the entire process, from choosing the floor plan, interior and exterior design, and welcoming us into the community. Vincent was our construstion manager and he was awesome! I was at the site everyday until our home was finished and he was always quick to respond to any questions that I had. James is another one of the construction managers, he is also very attentive and helpful when it comes to the contruction questions! We have loved working the Lone Star Landing M/I crew! This is our 5th home and the smoothest process we’ve ever had. Amanda made the purchasing and decision making process so easy and James truly built the house with his crews like it was his own! We felt included and heard all along the way and ultimately ended up with exactly what we’d hoped for!

We bought a house in Lone Star Landing with M/I Homes. We closed with James Lee and Amanda Lumen. We were moving from Wisconsin and buying the house site unseen. James and Amanda couldn’t have been more helpful and better to work with throughout the entire process. Their customer service was top notch. And still continues to be even to this day. We were blessed and extremely thankful to have these two in our corner.
