Town Center Villas

I had a wonderful experience with this apartment complex and truly appreciate the amazing staff. Joseph was incredibly patient and kind while showing my girls and me multiple townhomes, taking the time to help us find the perfect one. He also made the application process smooth and seamless, which I really appreciated. Ryan has also been exceptional, he consistently goes above and beyond whenever I have maintenance concerns and ensures everything is handled promptly and thoroughly. Just moved back from Los Angeles, found this little apartment tucked away here off Hall Road. It’s very close and easy to get around and great shopping. It’s cozy and management is on top of everything. I travel a lot and when I need something done Ryan has been super helpful and respectful of making sure issues are handled appropriately. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. If anything I hope this helps in your apartment search.

If there is 0 star I'll give them that . I just moved out from this place . It's looks nice but everything in these townhouse is disgusting. Let me start with the managers there is the worst unprofessional people i ever met . They always charge an extra fees . There system is always wrong and they try to charge you extra with an excuse that you didn't pay it . It happens 5 times with me and with other neighbors. Maria and Rebecca are very unprofessional cheap people i ever seen. You gonna see a nice houses but when you move in you gonna see alot of issues with a garage doors , leaking from the bathrooms to the kitchen and living rooms, bathtub and sinks are always stink , sweer system is so bad ,and after you move out they gonna try to found anything to charge you just to not give the sec

Love it here! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The maintenance men are always super quick and on things. With winter, snow removal is always done before I even leave for work! Not to mention how beautiful the apartments are!

We have the worst experience with town center villas and there unprofessional management. I usually don’t write any reviews. But i don’t people to scam like us . They didn’t give us our security deposit and they charge us to many fees after we move out . I never see that before . My advise don’t to rent from them
