Tower Ridge Apartments

Im giving this a 3 out of 5 stars because when i lived there i had no issues with the place or management. Even after the new company came in i had no issues they were nice. Maintenance requests did take a bit longer to get to after the change but nothing major. My issue came after moving out. I moved out in October. I still had access to view the portal for a bit and saw an 80 something charge so figured that would be it. Then i no longer had access. I never received a final invoice. I gave them more than the legal 30 days they are required to abide by to send the final invoice or return my deposit. I first reached out in December and got no response. I reached out again in January and nothing as well. In Feb i decided to report them to the texas attorney generals office. I gave plenty o

Don't know what's going on here lately but the back end residents and/or their guests pull into the parking lot with the music and bass in their cars turned up so much that the house walls on the next neighborhood are practically vibrating. All hours of the day and night. Every. Single. Day. What is wrong with people? The other day it was a red Jeep SUV parked in their back guest parking thinking everyone wanted to hear that noise but it's hard to tell if it's the same person all the time. There needs to be cameras put up in these apts and a security guard would be nice- as well as management who know what their responsibilities are. Now for the last month there have been teenagers riding their dirt bike up and down the grassy flood plain which is environmentally protected and not allowed.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! If you like to be LIED ON, constantly monitored like you’re a child & want to be traumatized with a moving experience This is the place for you! If you ok with a “curiosity officer” that lives on the property coming knock on your door late at night pass 10pm harassing you as well as threatening you verbally saying they’ll call the police to come SNIFF the inside of your home Definitelyyyyy the place for you Tower Ridge would make sure you have the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER kelab is very rude & unprofessional Not welcoming at all to say he’s a “property manager” very sarcastic as well! Kara was amazing ,she definitely don’t belong around that low vibrational energy in tower ridge! Everybody except Kara is weird Yall welcome😘

Im thoroughly impressed by the professionalism! I spoke with Kelby and he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions! The office staff is awesome! I can tell they’re making a lot of changes for the better! Highly recommend!

This is by far the worst place I decided to live. I lived here for 4 years with perfect on time payments and no complaints, but the move-out process was a complete nightmare. The front office does a walk-through and gives you a bill - mine was about $200 for miscellaneous stuff. I paid it and asked if there were going to be anymore surprises, Nelly and Sandy both said no. This is the manager and her assistant. A month later I get a $3000 bill for replacing the carpet due to some defects that they left me with that just got worse over the 4 years… keep in mind Nelly and Sandy both told me the carpet apartments are being phased out and every apartment is getting hardwood floors.. so why would I get this bill? I disputed the claim and they continued to pursue my credit and have submitted
