Oxford at The Boulevard

I lived in these apartments for over seven years.It was a nice place to live, everyone is all smiles until you tell them you are moving out. That is when the niceness ends. After someone lives in an apartment for over seven years, the apartment basically has to be gutted. They charged me $350 for having to repaint the whole apartment, You have to do that anyways when you replace the carpet. The manager claimed she was being nice not charging me for replacing seven year old cheap carpet. The manager would not budge on any of the charges. She said they stand. Oxford at the Boulevard proved the old saying that most apartment buildings are just one step above the mob.

My fiancé and I just moved in this past November, but so far our experience has been such a huge blessing. The community is clean and safe, and all of our interactions with other residents have been positive. Caly from the leasing office walked us through the move-in process, and the whole experience was a breeze!

We just renewed our lease, again! Nice place to live, friendly folks that go out of their way to take care of us! Many things to do on property already, but there are always special treats at least once a month also! Come visit!

The staff has been great, especially the manager. There was a slight mix up on our unit the day of move in. When the problem was discovered the manager made necessary changes to get us in the apartment we needed the same day. It was more than just retyping a unit number. She had to have her team inspect, finish make ready, get garage openers changed and probably a few more steps that I don’t even know about. I can’t say enough to express how grateful we were to keep movers on schedule and stay on our time line. The community is quiet, clean and maintained. We are so grateful to be here.

My husband has lived here for over 3 years and I for two years and we have no complaints about Oxford at the Boulevard! Our rent is reasonable and the many amenities and community events are a nice addition! The community is quiet, it is well managed, and the office staff is attentive. The community is also kept well cleaned. We are looking forward to staying until we are ready to purchase a home!
