The team is extremely attentive and thoughtful—especially the local staff, who would use translation tools to help address shareholders’ concerns, which is truly considerate. Ms. Chan (Miu) is particularly kind and helpful. She patiently listens, communicates clearly, and always strives to find the best possible solution. I truly appreciate her support.

I worked with Mui Chan pertaining to a co op purchase. She was such a helpful and professional person to deal with. I had no issues, her communication was clear and efficient which made the process very pleasant. I would definitely recommend working with Mui Chan .

Ms. Chan is the Chinese lady, she always help elderly people like us who do not speak English. This company also provides text message service for shareholders in both chinese and english. The building manager JC comes to the building all the time and address our issues. This is a great management company.

I’m amazed at how fast and attentive Total Management is. They really take great care of my concerns and are so user-friendly—especially by offering Chinese responses and notifications for neighbors with language barriers. Highly recommended!

We are still waiting for our security deposit back. It has been close to 4 months since my daughter moved out from her Apartment in the Bronx. I have sent an email in August and still did not get a response, not even an acknowledgement that email was received. Mom of daughter's roommate also sent a few emails and still did not hear back. Seems like I might have better luck posting here to get my answer than on emails. Roommates mom also contacted LandSeAir Real Estate and they said they will make them aware and get back to us but was over 2 weeks ago. still did not hear back.
