Tor View Village Apartments

I have been a resident here for just over a year, and my experience has been exceptional from the start. The move-in process was streamlined and efficient, setting a positive tone for my residency. ​The management team is consistently professional, and the maintenance staff is incredibly responsive, often attending to requests immediately. Additionally, the property grounds are meticulously maintained and kept in pristine condition. Beyond the management, the community itself is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a well-managed and high-quality living environment.

I have been living here for almost 33 years right now is the best place to live. # 1 Quiet # 2 Clean & reliable because, Manager Mark is on top of everything especially Sebastian is one of the one making thing done in a jiffy. Every body in this place works very hard in order to make thing done but, Sebastian is an integral for Tor View Village. Bravo, Bravo, Bravo Sebastian !

Maintenance said the snow plow would come today Jan 26 , 2026 to clear the service road: they never came , all snow covered the park roads, our cars couldn’t get out. Poor, poor management.

Janet in the leasing office was great, she was able to get us moved in quickly and efficiently. Step by step through the entire process. Very pleased and thankful for the easy process. The grounds of the property are well kept and the people are very kind and helpful. This is our second time living here and always have been pleased with our experience!

Leasing agent was rude and unprofessional. Poor attitude. She had the nerve to ask me while showing me the apartment did I smoke before I came to see the apartment. I was offended and asked why she replied she knew who it was. I'm like what...During the process she said she would email me the information to move forward but never did. I had to drive to the office to get in touch with her. Then she emailed me while I was in the office. She then told me to read the email in my car.I then asked to talk to management about her unprofessional behavior but was told that it would come back to the office. So I decided to leave it alone. The day I came to sign my lease I was told I couldn't rent there because I was rude to 3 of the staff members. This was laughable. I asked the Property Manager
