Rockland Commons

Moved here to Rockland Commons in Oct of 2019 rent was $1675 it has since increased every year now they’re asking for $1950. We can’t get repairs done in a timely fashion months go by and nothing gets repaired or replaced. We have a window that needs to be fixed doesn’t lock and can be pushed open. We have holes in a few corners of the apartment under the heaters where mice are entering. We have an area in ceiling that needs to be repainted since the beginning of 2023 it remains unpainted. We constantly have to deal with the smell of cigarettes and marijuana. Definitely not worth the money. Update 9/26/23 - Repairs mentioned in post above were finally done within the first two weeks of August. Now Still waiting on more repairs. Why is the price for one bedroom so so high? This is 🤷‍♀️ ridiculous how much you’re asking for one bedroom monthly!! The place looks nice but too expensive, how can people survive getting paid $2500 per month, when you are asking for $ 2950? Don’t get it
