Top Ten Real Estate Inc

I am disappointed with this company. I was there for 4 1/2 years and before I moved in the realtor gave Lisha a list of things that needed to be fixed and she agreed. Not everything was fixed and then they went up on my rent because of all the maintenance issues. These issues were the items that needed to be fixed, such as a broken screen door. They would not replace the blinds that were broken since I moved in, but I had to pay if I wanted them replaced. I just moved out and they took $150 of my security deposit. One reason was acceptable but the other reasons were regular wear and tear. I would not recommend this company.

I had a great experience with this company and especially with Danielle. She was very responsive and thoughtful. I contacted her 12 days ago with a location for a rental home and today I have a lease in my hand for a place I really like. She helped tremendously in the application process and closed the deal with lots of skill and experience. I felt very safe while communicating with her. I liked very much how we were moving with the same pace throughout the process. Their lease agreement was very professional with all clauses that protect both landlords and tenants equally well. It was in an online e-sign form which was very useful and quick. We are very happy with the application process and can't wait to move into our new home. At the end of the process I was so happy I joked they should

I applied to a property listed by Top Ten. My review is solely for the leasing process. I applied immediately after I was sent the application as I was told there was a rush to fill the unit and a lease start date of one week after applying. I immediately provided the application. I was then asked for more information which I sent within hours of asking. I got a semi rude response from someone named Danielle about needing a full credit score report. I had never pulled one before and never been asked to pull one in 8 years of renting. After getting the document over it was radio silence until it reached out to the agent(?) who told me they “liked my application” and “I think they are going to accept your application”. I'm giving a five star review because of Manny. He's a great handyman and it's always a pleasure to have him over when something needs to be fixed. The problem is going through Danielle or Lisa in order to get in contact with him. If you could contact him directly without having to go through management, it would be no problem.
