Alicia Plaza

Beautiful community, the views and wonderful neighbors.We are so grateful to had call this community our home for over 5 years. The office staff was always attentive and caring. They definitely made our stay joyful and at peace. The maintenance crew was quick to respond when we had issues (which were always minor, and not many).

My experience living at Alicia Plaza Apartments has been good. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always handles issues quickly and with a good attitude. It’s a clean, well-maintained, and comfortable place to live. Highly recommend!

Went here a couple days ago, The Management is friendly and ready to help right away. I felt safe and taken care of for the entire duration of my visit.

I know someone who lives here and while the complex has no guest parking unless by permit it's still a nice complex. Despite other reviews I have never seen roaches and rats but then again that stuff lives outside and they can be anywhere. I have seen lots of skunks but that's not gonna hurt anyone living there. At night the taco truck is nice to have around. The pool they got is okay too.

Management simply doesn't care when you address an issue to them. They aren't willing to help you out At all, washing and dryers are always broken. Never parking and people without a permit pass park and they don't even get towed. Leaves us with a pass no parking.
