As a real estate agent, it is imperative that I have a trusted local rental company to whom I can send my rental business. I’ve always enjoyed working with tons of rentals, especially because they have so many options from which to choose for my clients, such as long-term or short term Rental rentals, furnished, or unfurnished, pet, friendly, or no pets, etc. One of my favorite aspects of this company is having the opportunity to work with Janci. UPDATEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want reviews that are REAL And ones that weren’t paid or called about from property mgmt outside of mine and the ones with pictures go to YELP‼️‼️‼️ and REDDIT Hey so Ive rented from this slummy company for almost 7 years... no repairs maintenance never came i had an oven that wasnt working when i moved only one eye light was faulty electrical was as well HVAC leak made my energy bill high... i have proof and i didnt get a proper walk through, the ceiling was dang near falling (olf and moldy) took a year for them to send someone in i have pictures to prove everything to back up... i could only safely use one eye on the oven, the windows are glued shut none of my fire alarms were working, we had a moth infestation (attic slam full of whomevers trash and clo

The best application and moving process ever. The communication and efforts were above and beyond. If you work with Cris (I believe is the spelling) you will be shocked at the customer service. Rare to find that now especially in the Upstate and they were extremely kind. The homes listed are super affordable also. Thanks !
