Toll Brothers Colorado Springs Division Office

I haven’t done buisness with this place but they had this guy on the street holding a sign on the day/time when it was only 1 degree out. Kinda makes me think their buisness is more focused on profit than the person.

We bought a Toll Brothers house for close to a million in Wolf Ranch. Biggest issue with Toll Brothers is once you close there is zero support from TB. Your walk though items will not get addressed. Our 900k+ house is missing bathroom hardware and has broken doors that won’t close. Missing bathroom hardware and broken doors were all noted on the walk though back in February and still hasn’t been addressed. Construction manger won’t respond to emails nor the sales team. My neighbors are also having similar issues. I would expect more out of a supposedly “high end” builder. I would give TB less than 1 star but that’s not an option. I recommend trying one of the fantastic local builders in Colorado Springs such as Classic. They build a better house for less and actually respond to homeown
