Tivalli Apartments

My husband and I have lived here for just over 3 years. In that time, I have been consistently satisfied with how well, quickly, and conveniently maintenance issues are addressed. Lex in particular is always friendly and super efficient, leaves the place clean, and answers my questions so I can better understand issues that arise. The maintenance experience is lower friction here than at any other apartment I've ever lived by far.

Great place with everything you’d need when it comes to apartment complex. Special thank you to Kayla, as she always is very helpful and kind. Maintenance crew is also on top of the requests and they get the job done in timely manner.

My kids live there with their mother. Not caring enough (or being cheap?) with something like the elevator is a major safety issue. The Elevator in the building breaks often getting people stock. It's bad enough that my kids have gotten stock twice in just a few months so chances are it has happened to others in different times too. When it happens, they are told to call a number that is apparently for an elevator company down in Seattle. There is no urgency as they wouldn't even give an ETA when people are stock in the elevator. Both times 911 had to be called eventually so the fire fighters came and rescued them finally. My youngest is afraid of elevators and wants to take the stairs only. Obviously there needs to be a major repair/upgrade and with how much rent tenants pay, you'd hope

As a long time resident of Tivalli, I can say that this last year has been the worst of all my time here. The previous management was responsive and actually resolved issues. My car has been broken into and damaged while in a parking garage I pay $$$$$ for and management refuses to hire a security service or add cameras to address this problem which has been ongoing and getting worse on our property since the summer. Others have had their cars broken into and stolen. Police are on site on a regular basis for theft, vandalism and drug use. The rents and additional costs have increased steadily while the security has gone drastically down. Would not recommend, especially with many other options now available in this neighborhood. Was grate living here in tivalli . Grate atmosphere. The service quick . But kayla always take care of us. Grate person to deal with. I will recomend you guys always
