Timber Pines Apartments

I was hoping that I could leave less then a one star review, but it won’t let me so it gets more then it is worth. I moved down to Memphis not knowing where I was moving in to, or what it would cost me. First want to say if you move here document everything, from when you pay how you pay. As well as record the place before anything is placed in the apartment so they can’t make claims when you move out. So when I first moved in the didn’t have me do a move in check paper that other places do. After two months my car was stolen, even though they have security, and then after my car was stolen rules were reposted with an emphasis on that they aren’t responsible for stolen cars, as well as the leasing agent at the time was trying to talk with the officer that was taking my report about somethi

Very poorly managed and kept. Trash EVERYWHERE, overcharges unless you check them, management is impossible to get in contact with and the phone number “doesn’t work” unless they call you. One of the worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Oh and maintenance doesn’t fix anything. Dishwasher was broken since before I moved in and the pipes in my sink weren’t connected correctly.

SHIESTY SHIESTY SHIESTY‼️ Applied for a 2 bedroom, got approved. Was called to pay deposit for unit & never got a phone call about moving in. Spoke with the property manager about refund on unit, she said I never gave them a date to move which makes NO SENSE if I gave you guys money to move me in!! Moral of story got run around about refund coming in the mail (paper check) which I NEVER RECEIVED. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to a homeless person!! God don’t like ugly!!

This was a big mistake of me moving into this apartment like it didn’t feel like home from the start we had two apartment managers the first one was actually stealing extra money from me and the second manager was overcharging for my rent and I actually have proofs… when I first moved in my lights everything wasn’t working they lied the entire time .. The new apartment manager made and payment agreement for Jan 31st with a total of me to pay $543 and she said my account will be paid in full for that month then I looked under the website and the total was $1600 when I asked about it she didn’t respond back…..

WROST APARTMENTS EVER! MY Air conditioner Has been out 5 days no one has contacted me in regards to the issue, after multiple attempts made to contact them. It is 90 degrees outside. Can’t get in contact with the office ever. NEVER Fix Anything. Floor in apartments are caving in. Still haven’t received a key to my front door and I have been a resident over 8 months. Wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anybody horrible!!!
