Tilsner Artist Lofts

i hate moving and i still moved out with in a year. they really need to gut this entire building. from the mice to the LARGE flies that come through the vents all year round. You cant control your heat. Most bedrooms do not have closets or windows. After 10pm you have to go downstairs to let in visitors. the laundry room smells like hot trash and the 1 elevator is old scary and always down, sometimes for weeks at a time

This place has gone straight downhill. It was nice a decade ago. It is no longer an art loft. It’s a low end rental. The area is also now dangerous. Sad.

We moved into these lofts right before the New Years and without a doubt, the Manager and her team do an amazing job! The vibe of the people who live in the building is great and we always feel so at home the minute we enter the building. No doubt again, a reflection of the respect felt by everyone for the management. Definitely feeling happy in Lowertown.

Parking difficult. The lots are near constructions which leave metal on the roof of your car. The buildings lot seldom has openings and is 60.00. The lot next to that will only take monthly payments for longer than 3 months. The other lots you will share with construction worker trucks and dust. The residents are nice here. Dont move here if you dont like dogs. I love dogs and the other dogs were friendly. Some of the residents dont like dogs and maybe they didnt know it was a dog friendly building. Deposit was not mailed to me but mailed to my roommates name. Rental rebate form not mailed. Move out date it the 31st not the 1st. I had movers set up for 10am on the first and the main office as usual had poor communication. They are not open often and dont really know whats going on. The

This is NOT against TILSNER. This is for METROPLAINS MANAGEMENT. Who showed me a MOLD COVERED UNIT at the TILSNER. The ceilings were so horrifically water damaged you;d think they had a clue. Especially since the woman showing me knew there had been repairs done years prior. Those repairs did not fix the water damage inside of the unit, nor the visible black mold growing on foam covered pipes in a huge closet. I feel bad for the lovely woman showing me and my young child the unit, because she was brand new to the position. Not on her at all. We have mold toxicity already so to be exposed to any mold is bad. DO BETTER METROPLAINS!!!! I KNOW YOUR PROPERTY IS FULL OF DISABLED HEALTH CHALLENGED PEOPLE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
