I moved into Tilman Cove and the day that I was to sign my lease My apartment was suppose to be 123.I found out that the air conditioner wasn't working Ms. Louise asked me would I transfer into 302. All of my packing and arrangements was made. Since I been living here, I have had to call Police twice. The neighbor is Mental. She has torn my wreath and door handle off my door. She hit walls all night. She beat my door handle with a hammer. I'm afraid of her coming out of my Apt. I do not feel safe. Two weeks ago I walked to the elevator there were two piles of Feces and Urine in the Elevator. Three in a row there were Urine as I walk inside the building Urine on the floor. The Apartment Manager, Louise Fulton runs Tillman Cove like it’s a prison. I am 67 years old and being told I am not allowed outside, can’t sit in my car. Security is taking pictures and you get a 3 day vacate notice for lease violation. I asked 2 months ago to have sprayed for lizards, spiders and ants. She stated that since I was on the first floor, it’s nature and I will have pests. My breaker keeps tripping when you plug anything up, that can start an electrical fire, I had Black Mole in my apartment that they just painted over it. I am a lung cancer survivor and every time AC is on I can’t breathe. Along with that and everything else I feel like I should not have moved here. First of all I’ll start by saying I love Tillman cove but what I don’t like is when people feel they are better than the next. Ms Louise the property manager is very unpleasant from the time I came there I had a bad vibe about her. Let me say this I’m the type of person that is very honest and sometimes too honest and blunt but I told her everything that was on my credit and hindering me from moving forward. She then told me to apply anyway and when they deny you we a company that will consign for you and i will refer you to them. If you plan on moving in the senior citizen building. Don't waste your time. You got to live here like you're in prison you cannot even come outside if you live in the senior citizen building you do not have a designated area that you can go to be outside the resident manager wants you to be in your building at all times no outdoors for the senior citizen the resident manager is so very low down and dirty she's not there to run these apartments. And yes I've been living here since December of last year. What's the worst mistake of my life moving here. But I had nowhere else to go with the voucher that I had. There has been problems after problems after problems. And Miss Louise is so very ugly and nasty with her attitude when you asking her things they start pulling cars over here at 6:00

Recently moved into these apartment explained to the tenant office I had a vehicle that’s not in my name but I have paperwork to prove ownership. Moved in yesterday and car was towed maliciously after I communicated it to the office. So yeah my experience here is already bad and unwelcoming and unsettling. So when the office opens I’m going to see if there going to sympathize and waive the towing fee cause it was communicated to them. If I was told I’d be towed there’s no way I’d would’ve parked my vehicle here. Then security seen me unloading items from my car and U-HAUL as well. Then I had my step dad park the U-Haul beside the car and I know he seen it but yet they towed my car anyways…..
