Family owned and managed property, very responsive to solve anything that may come up! Needed a plumber once, they had someone out here to fix it the next day! Understanding, kind, hard-working, genuine people. It’s been amazing living here, great views as well, and i would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment. Great location, easy access to highways or to pop downtown for a cute date night. Underground parking has saved so much winter frustration. Love living here!

It is a great place to live with fair pricing. Owners are very attentive to issues brought up and take action promptly. They are also quite accommodating to tenants' needs and are willing to work with you. Great location with the Walker Art Center and Loring Park just a block away, and beautiful view of the cities from the balcony.

Great location near Loring Park and downtown. Management is local and family run and available 24/7 via text / phone. Don’t have a separate management company to slow down promptness of repairs/requests. They are very attentive to renters needs and concerns . I am among other longtime residents (7+years) that call this place home.

I've lived here 20 plus years always felt safe, secure, management always antetive to needs and concerns and truly seem supportive of any issues. Highly recommend to anyone
