I’ve had a great experience living here. The staff is incredibly cooperative and always willing to help. I especially love the sense of community, there are thoughtful events almost every month, from King Cake celebrations around Mardi Gras to pizza parties with the local police. On top of that, the maintenance and support staff are always responsive and quick to take care of any urgent apartment needs. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live.

1315 is a great apartment community, and one of the most impressive aspects is the excellent staff and collaborative environment. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, which makes living here a great experience. For students, it is especially ideal. The lobby spaces and conference rooms are perfect for attending meetings, virtual classes, and professional calls, offering a quiet and productive environment outside the apartment. The concierge staff and leasing specialist are so kind and wonderful! They really treat me like family, and it’s a main reason why I continue to live in this building. I really enjoy 1315. The amenities are great, and the staff and workers are great. Very easy to talk to and resolve issues as well. Best place to stay in New Orleans.
