Meridian

The Meridian is such an great place to live. The office staff is very welcoming. A place like no other! If I could stay here for life I would. The neighbors are a really great eclectic mix of people. If you’re looking for a FANTASTIC place this is it. The property manger is great, always hands on and helping her tenants if she can. I plan on staying here as long as I can. The building isn’t loud but it is an apartment building and sometimes you hear people. I love that they have different events for the tenants. It’s in the heart of the city and they have nearby schools.

This is a wonderful place to live, the apartment complex is quiet and well kept. The maintenance teams never misses a beat. The property manager is very helpful and kind, if you're having an issues she resolves them quickly as possible. The apartment itself is beautiful, the amenities the complex offers is amazing also. I love it here.

Meridan Resident -13 years I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with the Meridian Apts Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing appliances , or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting until i buy a house that surpassed my experience here. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience , it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier! Thank to the property Manager Antoinette Reddick for the years of dedication to the residents.

I have been a resident at the Meridian for 12 years, and this has been the most comfortable place I have ever stayed. The Meridian community feels like family, they basically helpex me raise my son. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
