My family and I stayed here for my son’s birthday weekend and we had a great time! We truly enjoyed our stay and the esthetics of the villa was everything, clean and comfortable, we were very pleased! The outside area, although shared was also very nice and not busy at all, but the outside furniture was a little neglected by the cleaners. Nonetheless, that didn’t stop us from enjoying the space. Latitude will definitely be our go to whenever we plan to revisit the New Orleans area! Thank you!

Latitude OCH was exceptional from start to finish. The space and accommodations were truly unmatched – spacious, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The views from the rooftop overlooking downtown New Orleans are phenomenal, easily one of the highlights of the stay and the perfect backdrop for morning coffee and evening wind-downs. The entire place was spotless on arrival, and it was clear that cleanliness and attention to detail are a priority here. Communication with the host was seamless, with quick, responsive messages any time we had a question, which made the entire experience feel effortless. The villa is spacious, beautiful and clean. It had everything you needed stocked for a stay. It’s in a great location. There’s some local bars and eateries within a 10 minute walk. Same as for the parades that come through St. Charles Ave. you can walk there in 10 minutes. For the bourbon street night life it’s a quick uber ride there. So, overall the location is fantastic. Anything you need the Property manager was just a text away and very responsive. I would definitely stay at this location again.

I booked a house with Latitude for my wedding weekend, and it was the easiest part of my wedding planning. The Celeste house was the perfect, stylish backdrop for getting ready with my bridal party. The house was super clean and the beds were really comfortable! And Sierra was so great to work with. She is very personable and quick with communication.

LATITUDE OCH was excellent! Staff superb. My family and I really enjoyed the space and the location. The roof top nights, walking distance to St.Charles Avenue. Convenience a plus. Weather was wonderful. We will be back!
