The Wren at Sharon Apartments

I would like to express how much I love living at The Wren At Sharon! I have only been a resident for six months,I am thoroughly impressed with the community. The grounds are kept impeccably and I greatly enjoyed the well-maintained pool and grill area this past summer. The fitness room is also very welcoming. The maintenance personnel are exceptionally friendly and have always responded to my few concerns in a very timely manner. Furthermore, the building that I live in is kept very clean, which I truly appreciate. The most outstanding aspect of the complex however is the management team. They have been incredibly helpful from the day I applied to the present. They are always welcoming and happy with a smile to answer any questions or concerns I have. As you can see from the photos. The Wren takes excellent care of its trash and recycling facility. They care deeply about making sure all residents feel heard and supported. This is why they routinely gaslight residence for maintenance and other concerns while periodically reminding children not to draw with chalk or engage in other normal childhood activities. Myka was miserable to work with (when she is actually not hiding from residence in her back office). We had thought renting from Chestnut Hill Realty was bad but this took the cake. On the bright side. Neighbors are very nice. We enjoyed getting to know long time residence who had been here when Avalon was running the place at least before they and we got priced out by $1000 rent increases when The Wren took over. My husband and I have lived at The Wren for over two years and absolutely love it! The community is incredibly family-friendly, with kind and welcoming residents. Very dog friendly. The management team is outstanding, genuinely caring about the residents. The maintenance staff is prompt, efficient, and always reliable. The staff at The Wren provides exceptional service, making it a great place to live.

My family and I moved into Avalon Sharon this past August from another Avalon. The Sharon team made the transition fast, seamless, and made us feel right at home instantly! The community is quiet and family friendly! Not to mention a beautiful area. The quality of everything in the apartment is great, especially with a 7 month old! We are so happy we made the move!

I am writing this review in light of my interview of The Wren with James (Leasing Manager). The Wren caught my attention while driving by and I decided to stop in to see their availability without an appointment. James was clearly busy helping other residents in the office but offered me to take a seat and assured he’d be right with me. He was extremely kind and gladly took me on a tour of the property without an appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable and transparent, making this community go the top of my list as I continue to narrow my search of where to make my new home. Thanks James!
