The six 5 star reviews left at the same time have to be bogus. I lived there a couple of years ago and am so happy that I left. Everything written about the staff not being helpful and no real amenities are accurate. Anyone who is interested in moving here should ask current residents their opinion. The one star would be for the good neighbors I had while there.

Don’t be fooled by the luxury—it’s just a mask hiding disappointment. The building has poor sound insulation; you can hear everything from upstairs neighbors, including stomping and running. Management issues notices based on unverified noise complaints and does not request or review any evidence. These notices include warnings about possible lease termination, which feels unfair and intimidating. Maintenance is unreliable—requests have often been marked as resolved without actually fixing the problem, and scheduled visits are frequently ignored. Responses to resident concerns are slow, and there is little accountability or support. Overall, living here was frustrating, and I would not recommend this property.

BE AWARE! This is the WORST place I have ever lived in. Please do not waste your time and money on this place. From the water supply and drainage (septic tanks are drained once or twice a month LOUDLY starting very early in the morning and it WILL disrupt your rest) to common areas and living spaces, to the filthiness of hallways and walls with minimum maintenance. This is an awful place for residence. The apartment planning is just pathetic with so much wasted space and inconvenient designing of the bathroom and closet area (your guests will be able to view -and go through- your closet from the restroom as it is part of the bathroom plan and not the bedroom) the shower tub does not drain well as it is not sloped or shaped in a proper way. We recently moved into the building, and we can’t say enough good things about Sarah and Eric! While we mainly dealt with Sarah from the start, she was incredibly responsive, answering all of our questions promptly and thoroughly, which made us feel at ease. Their friendliness and professionalism really stood out, making us feel welcomed in our new home. It’s clear that Sarah and Eric genuinely care about the residents and strive to create a positive living experience. Beautiful place, highly recommended great price for all the things they have to offer and do!!!!! The Staff (Kaylie B especially) is friendly is always there to help.
